Our monohull skipper training includes the following focuses:
Safety Briefing & Onboard Conduct
• Introduction to onboard safety
• Storage and handling of safety equipment
• Operation of the engine, life jackets, and life raft
Handover & Return of Charter Yachts
• Check-in and check-out procedures for charter yachts
• Safe handling of lines and essential knots
Harbor Maneuvers
• Harbor maneuvers: docking and undocking in harbors and marinas under various conditions
• Maneuvering in tight spaces and utilizing prop walk
• Docking alongside and using mooring lines
Sailing Maneuvers
• Hoisting, lowering, and trimming the sails
• Reefing the foresail and mainsail
• General sailing maneuvers
• Man overboard drills (MOB) and "Munich maneuver"
Anchoring & Buoy Maneuvers
• Theory and practical execution of anchoring maneuvers
• Handling various types of buoys and performing buoy maneuvers
Our german-speaking trainers bring years of experience as skippers. The order of the training modules will be adjusted according to the weather conditions. Individual wishes from participants can be taken into consideration.
We return to the marina every day and you have the option to stay overnight on the yacht during the training period.

Partenza
Training starts on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Please be at the base 1h before the training begins to have no delays at check-in.
Arrivo
End of training on Tuesday is at 1 p.m.

The yacht is equipped with essential amenities, including comfortable bedding, safety equipment, navigation tools to ensure a pleasant and secure sailing experience.
