The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit. If during the charter period, damage occurs that does not allow the rental to continue unless it is repaired, the cost of the damage is immediately deducted from the paid deposit and an equal amount is charged to the guarantee card.
