The Charter Fairtrag was made by Yacht Pool to create fair, uniform and legally charter conditions for the customer. Only selected and verified companies have the Yacht Pool Charter Fairtrag in their program. Only companies with a positive test result, i.e. if the creditworthiness is right and there is also a certain level of overall performance, become "Member of the Yacht-Pool-Finance Security System".  

Competent boat service and exact safety check

Our yachts are always professionally maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Every yacht is checked by a diver at each change of crew. Any damage is immediately repaired professionally and defective parts are quickly replaced. A well-stocked spare parts warehouse in a completely outfitted workshop ensures that there is no waiting time. The faire and legitimate contract conditions benefitting the charter clients were especially designed by Yacht-Pool.

Only chosen and certified companies have the Yacht Pool fair contract as part of their programme. Only companies with positive results from the credit rating and whose over all performance is of a certain standard, may become members of the Yacht-Pool-Finance Security System.
