Pitter deposit coverage
On every trip, minor or major damage can occur quickly, a brief inattention is often enough. Therefore, a deposit must be payed on site for every charter. If you have a deposit insurance, you can settle any damage caused with the insurance company. You will then receive the deposit retained on site, usually in full or in part, after checking the damage.
If the insurance company does not return the full amount due to the question of guilt, there are often assignments disputes within the crew.
To prevent this from happening, we have made our Pitter deposit coverage. With a one-off payment upon conclusion of the insurance, damage to the yacht as well as damage to the sails, dinghy including outboard, spinnaker, gennaker and blister are insured. Download now
