Enforcement Procedure
If you receive unsatisfactory responses from the above contact option, you can file a complaint with the complaints office of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency with limited liability (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the complaints office contact form.
The FFG examines complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in meeting accessibility requirements by the federal government or an entity attributable to it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG will issue recommendations to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
