Contest Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over. For better readability, the chosen gender-neutral form applies to all genders. A maximum of 3 photos or videos may be submitted per entry.
Participation
Participation is possible by submitting a short video or photo(s) as follows:
Upload Form:
Your short video or photo(s) can be uploaded via the entry form on the respective websites of the organizing companies – Pitter Yachtcharter, Sun Charter or Nautic Alliance. Please note the permitted file formats and maximum file size. For your Video please add the link to the file or the place where you have published it (e.g. Dropbox, Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive,...)
By participating, the entrant confirms that they are the author of the submitted video or photo and that all recognizable individuals depicted have consented to publication. If minors are visible in the submitted content, the consent of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained.
Employees of Pitter Yachtcharter and partners within the Nautic Alliance are excluded from participation.
Use of Submitted Videos or Photos
By participating, the entrant expressly agrees that Pitter Yachtcharter and the companies within the Nautic Alliance may use the submitted video or photo material for marketing purposes on various channels (website, social media, promotional materials, etc.) without time or geographic restrictions. If the material is not published immediately, it may be archived and used at a later date.
This means a non-exclusive, royalty-free license is granted for the use of the content. The image rights remain with the entrant.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected each month by the Pitter Yachtcharter crew. The winner selection takes place on the 15th of each month (or the next business day) during the sweepstakes period. The first selection will be in July 2025, the final one in October 2025. Selection is based on creativity, aesthetics, and thematic relevance.
Prize and Redemption
The winner will receive a €100 voucher, redeemable for a charter booking with Pitter Yachtcharter, the booking center of the Nautic Alliance group. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. It cannot be applied retroactively or to existing charter bookings.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email using the address provided upon submission. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
Sweepstakes Organizer
The sweepstakes is jointly organized by Pitter Yachtcharter (Pitter GmbH) in cooperation with Sun Charter GmbH and Nautic Alliance Holding GmbH. It applies to the entire Nautic Alliance fleet.
Note: The sweepstakes is promoted across various websites of the participating companies, but it is a single, unified sweepstakes valid across all platforms.
Liability and Exclusion
There is no legal entitlement to a prize. All decisions are made solely by Pitter Yachtcharter. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the sweepstakes.
Pitter Yachtcharter, Sun Charter and Nautic Alliance assume no liability for technical issues during the submission of videos or photos. Submissions containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content will be immediately disqualified.
We also reserve the right to terminate or remove the sweepstakes at any time and without justification, without participants having any claims against Pitter Yachtcharter, Sun Charter, or Nautic Alliance.
Privacy Policy
The personal data submitted as part of the sweepstakes will be used exclusively for the administration of the sweepstakes and to contact the winners. No data will be shared with third parties.
