   • the name of the restaurant or konoba
   • the location/region/island - where it is, how to reach it
   • the local conditions, surroundings
   • a brief description of the restaurant and its offerings
   • Your favorite dishes or specialties
   • and a short explanation of what makes this place special for you
3. Optional: A photo of the food, the view, or your favorite spot - not mandatory, but very welcome!

Terms and Conditions

for the "Restaurant Tips Croatia" Discount Campaign by Pitter Yachtcharter

2. Eligibility

All adults (at least 18 years old) who submit their restaurant recommendation in accordance with the terms and conditions are eligible to participate. Employees of Pitter Yachtcharter, as well as partner and cooperation companies and their agencies, are excluded from participation.

3. Participation and Campaign Period

The campaign runs from now until November 2, 2025.

Participation is possible by:

• Submitting a restaurant recommendation for Croatia on the Pitter Yachtcharter Facebook page or via email to info@pitter-yachting.com.
• The recommendation must include: the name of the restaurant, location, favorite dishes, and a brief explanation of why the restaurant is recommended.
• Optionally, a photo can be attached, but this is not mandatory.

4. Discount Bonus

For each valid recommendation, participants receive a one-time redeemable 2% extra discount on their next booking with Pitter Yachtcharter. Important: One discount is applicable per booking, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. This means that even if multiple recommendations are submitted, the discount cannot be cumulative, e.g., 3 x 2% = 6% (still a maximum of 2% per booking). A cash payout of the discount is excluded.

Validity of the campaign:

• For the entire fleet of the Nautic Alliance (Pitter Yachtcharter charter offer)
• For all direct bookings through Pitter during the charter period 2025/2026
• Redeemable until November 2, 2025
• Not applicable to existing bookings

To redeem the discount, a discount code will be provided. If you have not received a code at the time of booking, please contact our office.

5. Use of Submissions

By submitting the recommendation, you agree that Pitter Yachtcharter and the companies in the Nautic Alliance quality network may use the submitted texts and photos for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, print media) without any time, spatial, or content restrictions. The copyrights remain with the submitters. This means that a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the use of the content is granted. The image rights remain with the submitter, and all persons depicted in the photos expressly agree to the use and utilization of the uploaded content.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the campaign and is not passed on to third parties. For more information on data protection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Exclusion from Participation

Submissions with offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content will not be considered and will be deleted immediately. Pitter Yachtcharter reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign in case of violations.

8. Liability

There is no legal claim to participation or the discount. Pitter Yachtcharter reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the campaign at any time without stating reasons.
