We have really great clients and we not only write it like that, but it is very important to us to announce it here on our blog.

Only through your feedback on-site service at the bases, on our booking office and on our yachts, can we maintain our Pitter quality and continue to improve our service.

We always strive to keep our yachts in good condition, so it is always very important to us that defects are reported immediately to the base - no matter how small they may seem. The teams on site are grateful for any feedback and always try to react as quickly as possible. Our service network covers the entire Croatian coast, so you will always be helped. Under no circumstances will we leave you alone with problems, because our task is to make the most important time of the year the most beautiful one.

How can you rate Pitter Yachtcharter?

After your charter, you can rate the booked yacht at your holiday destination and on Google.

The review on site, directly after check-out

At the Pitter bases, every client receives a tablet at the end of the charter with the request to rate the yacht. This is an anonymous review!

  • Your rating is important for our quality checking and also improvement.
  • So please answer each question.
  • Your rating is used internally for us to respond immediately to problems, but also to see what's going well.
  • Our onsite team will ask for the review upon check out - thank you for your effort and time.

You can then see the yacht rating based on the yellow stars directly next to the yacht on our website. Let's be honest, everyone is happy to receive information and client opinions about their dream yacht.

Google review

In addition to rating the yacht directly on site, you also have the option of rating us on Google. We also take these ratings very seriously and therefore look forward to your feedback after the end of the charter.

How can you rate us on Google?

All you need to do is log into Google with a Gmail account, type Pitter Yachtcharter in the search, scroll down and click the "Write a review" button on the right. Let's get started with your review. You can give stars and add a text. The more accurate the assessment is, the better we can respond to it.

  • We take every review very seriously, regardless of whether it is a positive or (negative) review, and we respond to each one as quickly as possible.
  • Of course, positive ratings motivate us a lot and we see less positive ratings as a challenge. No review remains unread with us!
  • An anonymous Google rating is not possible, so it is always a real client rating and no fakes.
